It’s fantastic to see the growing support year after year for Loops and those both serving and supporting the armed forces. At the time of this post the are over 230 members of the Causes.com page for the Calgary Loops for the Troops run coming up this Father’s Day.

You can join the cause as well on causes.com.

Long ago we posted about the Couch to 5k program and how it does such a great job of laying out the steps of how to start to run and get up to a 5k! If you or someone you know need a plan to get out and run for a cause (health and fitness is a cause) then take a look the website for Couch to 5k here!

The pledge form and poster are now available for you to download and share! In the last few years Loops For the Troops has raised over $250,000 for charities. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at the race!
